Service Description

This booking is for a two part remote animal communication package in preparation for your cats stay at Shangri-Paw. You do not need to be present during the time, we will email you a report within 24hs of the session. The first part is a 20 minutes remote animal communication session before the stay, preparing your cat for her holiday. We explain to your cat why you need to travel and exactly what is going to happen and for how long, consult with them if there is anything they would like to bring from home to make their stay more comfortable and we can even help them pick the perfect suite for their stay! The second part is a 10 min check-in during their stay to ensure the schedule suits their needs and we can send your cat your loving message and of course report their answer back. We will automatically schedule this for the 3rd day of your cats holiday at Shangri-Paw and we'll remind you the day before to email us any messages you want to send your cat. If your cat's stay is shorter then 5 days we will schedule it for the 2nd day. Please note that this booking is for 1x cat. If you have numerous cats staying, please book separate sessions for them. ​ Please send an email to carisa@primal-connection.org at least 2 hrs before the scheduled session with the following information: ​- Name, age, sex of your cat - A picture of your cat - Please tell us as much as you are comfortable about your upcoming trip so we can explain to your cat the reason for their stay at Shangri-Paw. The more detailed we can explain to your cat, the better. - When is the stay starting and how long is it going to be? - Would you like us to ask your cat to pick the suite she would like to stay in? If yes, please let us know between which suites you would like your cat to pick. (selection here https://www.shangri-paw.sg/roomsandservices) -Any message you would like to send you cat? You will receive a booking confirmation which confirms that the time slot is booked with Carisa. You do not need to be available during that time as Carisa will speak with your animal alone. Within 24hrs you will receive an email report. The second session will be booked automatically according to the dates your cat is booked into Shangri-Paw and we will reach out a day before to ask you for any messages you want to send your cat. You will received an email update on the second session within 24hs.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. 1x free rescheduling is permitted.
